A fine but robust card tray with flanged base and cut out end, hand-covered in our patterned paper, and filled with a block of 250 sheets of notes or memos, made of smooth ivory stock with a matching border. Would once have sat on the telephone table—when that was a thing—for the taking of messages. Remains ideal for the jotting down of notes, lists and thoughts. Elegant and useful. You need one in every room.
